Yes — building and hosting your preview website costs you nothing, and there's no obligation to do anything with it. We only ever charge you if you actively decide to keep the site, using one of the two options above.
How did you build a website for my business without asking me?+
We use publicly available information about local businesses — the kind of details you'd already find on a business listing or search result — to generate a first version of a site. It's a starting point built to show you what's possible, not a finished product built with private information.
I already have a website — why did I get this?+
Our research isn't perfect, and sometimes we reach out before spotting an existing site. If that's the case, just ignore the email — there's nothing you need to do, and no follow-up unless you choose to get in touch.
What happens if I don't respond?+
Nothing. Your free preview link simply stops working after 7 days and the site is taken down. No charge, no chasing, no obligation.
Is my payment information safe?+
